Exchanges
Joe Hobo does not provide refunds. however, we do offer exchanges within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item in the mail from you, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, we will contact you to confirm the exchange.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
